System reports include system name and address; director's name; member and non-member library totals; system area population; system square miles; public service outlets; unreduced format and microform holdings; loan transactions by material; reciprocal borrowing program statistics; loan agreements with other systems; system employees (e.g., degrees held; salary ranges; fringe benefits); annual beginning balance; state and federal fund receipts; other revenue; expenditures (e.g., salaries; library materials; operating expenses); and reserve fund amount. Also included are narrative reports (e.g., reciprocal borrowing; service plan changes; interlibrary programs); annual financial audit reports; purchase inventories; agreements with headquarters libraries; job classifications and descriptions; library board member lists; and board meeting schedules.
